Shipping Method
Eligible parcel-size orders may ship via UPS. Pallet and truckload orders may require freight or another coordinated delivery method based on order size, destination and carrier availability. Shipping times vary depending on the delivery method and destination.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Box Fuel Liquidation is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, tracking or other shipment details will be provided when available for the delivery method used.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If a package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly. We’re happy to assist where possible.
